What is Amazon First Nations Business Accelerator?
Amazon Australia is inviting First Nations businesses who have a physical direct-to-customer product and want to expand their business online to apply for the Amazon First Nations Business Accelerator. We appreciate that emerging brands have different challenges than those faced by more established businesses, so this 90-day offer is designed to help address these needs and build a strong foundation for growth, including advertising strategy, brand marketing, onboarding to the Amazon store, listing creation, and inbounding to our top-notch fulfilment centres.
There are 25 positions available for the Accelerator, and our internal category experts along with our third party service provider, Export Accelerator, will select the recipients. The recipients will engage Export Accelerator to use their services for a 90-day period without charge.

Who’s eligible to apply for the Amazon First Nations Business Accelerator?
Eligibility is limited to prospective Amazon Australia Sellers that have successfully expressed their interest via Supply Nation during the Promotional Period and meet and maintain the following criteria:
The applicant must fully complete all sections of the Expression of Interest (EOI) form at https://connect.supplynation.org.au/amazon/ during the Promotional Period.
The applicant must not already be registered to sell on Amazon.com.au.
The applicant must hold an active and valid certification with Supply Nation (including being 51% or more Indigenous owned, managed and controlled) – see here for more details about Supply Nation.
The applicant must have an existing physical consumer product that is available for sale to the public at the time of application and is suitable for sale on Amazon.com.au in accordance with Amazon’s policies including, without limitation, the Restricted Products Policy and the Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy.
The business representative for the applicant must be 18 years or older at the time of applying for the Accelerator.
The applicant’s headquarters must be based in Australia.
The applicant must be a small business (namely, employ fewer than 100 people or have generated less than AUD$10 million in aggregate annual revenue).
The applicant must possess a valid trade mark registered with IP Australia for their product’s brand.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or its affiliates, and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
The offer commences at 12:01am AEST on 29 August 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2024.

What does the Amazon First Nations Business Accelerator package include?
Each Recipient will receive an Accelerator package over a 3-month period, worth up to AUD$9,578. Each Accelerator package consists of the following to be provided over the 3-month period:
