What is the Amazon Seller Rewards Program?
The Seller Rewards Program allows you to participate in offers for the opportunity to win Rewards.
What are the benefits of the program?
Under the Program, you may receive an opportunity to earn rewards by participating in various offers. Each offer varies and is subject to different terms and conditions, which are available on the Seller Rewards page. We encourage you to regularly visit the Seller Rewards page for the latest offers for which you are eligible. We believe Seller Rewards will help you grow in the Amazon store and enjoy rewards at the same time.
Who is eligible to participate in the program?
Selling partners who are registered in the Amazon Australia store with active and healthy selling accounts are eligible to participate in Seller Rewards. There is no entry fee to participate in these offers. However, you may incur additional costs depending on the requirements of the relevant Offers. The Seller Rewards Program policy applies.
How does the Program work?
• Under this Program, you may get an opportunity to earn rewards by participating in certain campaigns, offers, contests and/or promotions (“Offers”) from time to time. You must comply with any Offer-specific terms and conditions to be eligible for a Reward.
• Rewards will be displayed in the Rewards History section. It may take up to 4 weeks for Rewards to appear after you have successfully participated in an Offer.
• Reward payments will be subject to any amounts Amazon is entitled to offset under your Seller Agreement. For example, if you receive a $50 Reward but have a negative account balance of $50 due to outstanding fees, your account balance will be $0 once the Reward has been issued.
• Rewards will be displayed in the Rewards History section. It may take up to 4 weeks for Rewards to appear after you have successfully participated in an Offer.

How can I redeem my rewards balance?
• You can redeem your rewards balance on either of the following:
• Cash Rewards* – If you select “Cash Rewards”, the amount redeemed by you will be disbursed along with your payments from Amazon and will appear as “non-subscription fee adjustment” in your payment report on Seller Central
• redeem services under the Amazon Service Provider Network* – If you select this redemption option, you can avail imaging/ASIN audit/cataloguing and listing/Amazon account boost/Account Management). You will be provided these services from the third party service providers listed on Amazon Service Provider Network (“SPN”) worth the amount of Rewards you redeem.
• Cash Rewards* – If you select “Cash Rewards”, the amount redeemed by you will be disbursed along with your payments from Amazon and will appear as “non-subscription fee adjustment” in your payment report on Seller Central

Can I request order-level data or shipment details for rewards credited?
All your reward details are available in the Rewards History section of your Seller Central account. At this time, we're unable to provide order-level or shipment-specific details.
Is there a fee to register for an Offer?
No, there is no fee to participate in this Program or individual Offers. However, you may incur additional costs depending on the requirements of the relevant Offer.
How do I change the password for the account on the Amazon Seller Rewards website?
• The username and password for your account on the Amazon Seller Rewards website is the same as that of your AU Seller Central account.
• Go to Seller Central and use the "Forgot Password" link to change your password.

Can I redeem rewards before I join the program?
No, rewards can only be redeemed after you have been registered for the program.
Can I participate in more than one Offer at the same time?
Yes, you can.
Am I eligible to participate in Offers if my selling account is suspended, blocked or terminated?
Accounts that are not active and healthy are not eligible to participate in this Program.
