Seller Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. Amazon Australia is pleased to invite you to participate in this particular offer under the Amazon Australia Seller Rewards Program.
2. Information on how to participate and become eligible for Rewards form part of these Offer-specific terms and conditions (T&Cs). By participating, you (on behalf of yourself or the business you represent) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. These T&Cs supplement, and apply in addition to, the Seller Rewards Program Policy (SRP Policy). In respect of this Offer and to the extent there is a conflict between these T&Cs and the SRP Policy, the conflict will be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: T&Cs and SRP Policy. Capitalised terms not defined in these T&Cs have the respective meanings given to them in the SRP Policy.
3. This Offer is not a game of chance. Chance plays no part in determining whether a seller has successfully participated in the Offer.
4. Amazon may change these T&Cs. Changes will be effective by posting the revised T&Cs on the Seller Rewards homepage within Seller Central. You are responsible for reviewing such revised T&Cs. Your continued participation in this Offer following our publication of any revised T&Cs will constitute your acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree to revised T&Cs, you must not continue to participate in the Offer.
5. Employees and their immediate families of Amazon are ineligible to participate in this Offer.

Offer Period
00.01 AEST on 09 August 2024 and closes at 23.59 AEST on 31 July 2025
Eligibility Requirements
This Offer is only available to new Amazon Australia sellers that have registered with Amazon Australia via the NAB Business Banking referral link (NAB Referral Link) during the Offer Period. Existing sellers and sellers that did not register via the NAB Referral Link are not eligible for this Offer.

Entry Requirements
During the Offer Period, eligible sellers that registered via the NAB Referral Link must:
a) subscribe to this Offer by clicking the 'Participate Now' button on the Seller Rewards homepage for this Offer; and
b) inbound at least one ASIN into an Amazon fulfilment centre using Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) to be eligible for the “Inbounding” Reward; and
c) achieve at least $20,000 in adjusted FBA OPS to be eligible for the “FBA Sales” Reward.
For the purposes of this Offer, adjusted FBA OPS means Ordered Product Sales through Fulfilment by Amazon during the Offer Period minus any customer returns received by 31 August 2025. You can view your FBA OPS by visiting the Sales Dashboard in Seller Central (Menu > Reports > Business Reports).

b) inbound at least one ASIN into an Amazon fulfilment centre using Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) to be eligible for the “Inbounding” Reward; and
c) achieve at least $20,000 in adjusted FBA OPS to be eligible for the “FBA Sales” Reward.
For the purposes of this Offer, adjusted FBA OPS means Ordered Product Sales through Fulfilment by Amazon during the Offer Period minus any customer returns received by 31 August 2025. You can view your FBA OPS by visiting the Sales Dashboard in Seller Central (Menu > Reports > Business Reports).
Rewards
There are two Rewards available in the Offer.

Inbounding

Inbound at least one ASIN into an Amazon fulfilment centre using Fulfilment by Amazon during the Offer Period to receive this reward.
FBA Sales
$750
Achieve at least $20,000 in adjusted FBA OPS during the Offer Period to receive this reward.
For example, a seller registers for an Amazon AU account with the NAB Referral Link and then inbounds two ASINs into an Amazon fulfilment centre during the Offer Period. Those ASINs achieve $30,000 in adjusted FBA OPS during the Offer Period. The seller is eligible to receive a $1,000 Reward.
The Inbounding Reward will be issued in January 2025 for any eligible seller that successfully meets the requirements for the Inbounding Reward on or before 31 December 2024. Otherwise, Rewards will be issued in September 2025 if you successfully meet the entry requirements of this Offer.
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Reward are the sole responsibility of the seller. Rewards are not transferable. If a Reward becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, Amazon may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value. Sellers will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that a Reward has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Inbounding Reward will be issued in January 2025 for any eligible seller that successfully meets the requirements for the Inbounding Reward on or before 31 December 2024. Otherwise, Rewards will be issued in September 2025 if you successfully meet the entry requirements of this Offer.

Reward Limits
Sellers can receive a maximum of $1,000 in Rewards under this Offer.
Currency
All amounts contemplated in these T&Cs are expressed and displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Participation in this Offer does not guarantee any business outcome, such as sales. You remain responsible for ensuring that your products comply with Australian laws and regulations, and applicable Amazon policies including FBA Program Policies and the Restricted Products Policy.
