The Amazon Partnered Carrier will pick your shipment from the address provided in the ‘Ship From’ text box in step 1 of the Send to Amazon
workflow. Do not select the Amazon Partnered Carrier until your shipment is ready for pickup. The carrier will pick up the shipment between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time within next two business days after you created the shipment. If the carrier is unable to pick the shipment or if the shipment is not ready for dispatch on the first pick up attempt, then the Amazon Partnered Carrier will attempt to pick up on the following business day. If this does not occur, then contact Selling Partner Support.
You will not be able to change the pickup date or time once submitted. You cannot request a specific date or time for pick up or delivery to the Amazon fulfilment centres.
