Founded in 2018 by a husband-and-wife team, Bondi Boost was born out of a desire to provide women with a solution for post-partum hair loss. Today, the brand's innovative formulations and high-quality ingredients have earned them a loyal following across the globe. Recently, Bondi Boost has achieved remarkable success by selling in the Amazon Store, a journey that has opened up new horizons for the brand.

One key factor that contributed to Bondi Boost's success on Amazon was the exceptional support they received from their account manager. The process of setting up their Amazon seller account was a seamless experience, according to Irene, General Manager of Bondi Boost. Irene praises her account manager for touching base weekly, responding to emails and questions promptly, and offering strategic program recommendations to support the business.

Adopting Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA)

Bondi Boost leverages Amazon's Fulfilment Centres by enrolling in the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) program. Fulfilment by Amazon allows the business to ship their products to customers from Amazon’s Fulfilment Centre and helps them save time, make money, and reach more customers.

Subsequently, the brand's success on Amazon has been nothing short of remarkable. Bondi Boost doubled their sales in 2023 by participating in deal events such as Prime Day and has a strategic approach to brand awareness in 2024, where they participated in Amazon’s Beauty Advent Calendar as part of their marketing efforts.
